The RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show features an array of award winning specialist nurseries, this is a fabulous place to buy plants!  Whether you’re looking for South African plants, hardy plants, drought tolerant plants, indoor plants, air plants, orchids, ferns, ivy, clematis, herbaceous perennials,  bulbous plants, or succulents, you’re sure to find your favourite at this special show!

A & J Plants

Blackmore & langdon

Blackmore & Langdon’s colourful Begonias were awarded a Gold Medal by the RHS judges, at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2017.

Brookfield Plants

Daisy Roots Nursery

Daisy Roots Nursery is run by Anne Godfrey in Hertford, Hertfordshire.  At Daisy Roots Nursery Annie propagates her own plants, Annie specialises in growing healthy, hardy perennials and grasses.  This is the third RHS Gold Medal that Anne Godfrey has won this year!  A truly marvellous achievement!

Dalefoot Composts

Dalefoot Composts were the clear winners of my 2016 Peat Free Compost Trial.
Dalefoot produce their composts using recipes inspired by old gardening books made using only natural ingredients, including sheep’s wool for improved water retention. Dalefoot Composts are pictured at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2017.

Downderry Nursery

Based in Hadlow in Tonbridge, in Kent, Downderry Nursery are a fabulous nursery, that specialise in growing lavender and rosemary.  Downderry offer a vast range of lavenders, including hardy, half hardy, frost hardy, and tender lavenders, in shades of white, lilac, pink, purple, and blue, featuring plants growing to differing heights a habits.  You’ll find a great number of beautiful lavender cultivars that you’d be unlikely to find in your local garden centre.

Eleplants Nursery

Eleplants Nursery are a family run nursery, started by Martin Batchelor, and based in Piltdown in East Sussex.  Martin has a fondness for shrubs originating from Australia and New Zealand, but you’ll find a variety of plants for sale at Eleplants Nursery, all of which have been propagated by Martin at his nursery.

Fibrex Nurseries

A Gold Medal winning display of Pelargoniums from Fibrex Nurseries, pictured at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2017.

Fibrex Nurseries are a family run nursery, based in Warwickshire.  Fibrex propagate their own plants, offering their customers an online mail order service, or the opportunity to purchase plants directly from their nursery in Stratford-upon-Avon, where visitors can also admire Fibrex’s extensive plant collections.

Hardy’s Cottage Garden Plants

Harveys Garden Plants

This is Harveys Garden Plants Gold Medal winning display of plants for sun and shade, pictured inside the Floral Marquee, at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2017.

Harveys Garden Plants grow hardy herbaceous plants, including Anemones, Epimediums, Euphorbias, Hellebores, Monardas and grasses, at their family run nursery, which is based in Bury St Edmunds, in Suffolk.  Harveys Garden Plants have developed their own strain of Hellebore, known as the Bradfield hybrids.  To visit Harveys Garden Plants’ website, please click here.

Hogarth Hostas

Adrian Young and Jonathan Hogarth’s shared Exhibit, featuring their National Collection of Small and Miniature Hosta and Saxifraga. The RHS judges presented this exhibit with a Silver Gilt Medal, at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2017.

Based in Wokingham in Berkshire, Jonathan Hogarth is a specialist grower of miniature and small sized Hostas.

This year, Jonathan Hogarth and Adrian Young combined forces to create a joint show of Jonathan’s small and miniature Hostas and Adrian’s Saxifrage.  Both Hostas and Saxifrage are used as accent plants by Bonsai growers, this joint exhibit celebrates the plants’ connection.

Adrian Young is an expert grower of Saxifrage.  Adrian has looked after Waterperry’s Saxifraga collections for many years, during which time he’s added new Saxifrage to extend the collections at Waterperry, and has propagated a great number of plants.

Hortus Loci

Hortus Loci received a 4 flower award from the RHS judges, for their display of rare summer flowering perennials and grasses. Pictured in the Plant Village, at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2017.

Based in the North Staffordshire countryside, Proctor’s Nursery is a family run company that propagates 90% of their plants themselves.  They sell trees, perennials, shrubs, and seasonal items.

Fernatix

Fernatix were awarded a Gold Medal and the prestigious New Design Award, inside the Floral Marquee, at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2017.
