White Orchid BiOrbAir Terrarium Planting List

The simplicity and beauty of white flowers are enjoyed and appreciated by many of us.  I received a great many requests from my readers to plant up a white flowered orchid terrarium, so in April 2017, I emptied and re-planted my specialised, automated, BiOrbAir terrarium, which was designed by Barry Reynolds and is available from BiOrb, with a variety of white-flowering orchids, to showcase how beautiful a single colour planting scheme for terrariums, vivariums, orchidariums, or bottle gardens can be.

I have had this particular BiOrbAir terrarium since September 2014.  This BiOrbAir Terrarium was previously planted with a mixture of terrarium plants, ferns, orchids, and mosses for my long-term review of the BiOrbAir, these plants have now been moved into my other terrariums.  You can follow a particular plant via the terrarium plants page, which provides information about every plant species I have used in the terrariums featured on my website, with links to each article that mentions every particular plant.  I will continue to review this White Orchid Trial BiOrbAir terrarium.  I will also be trialling how well these white flowered orchids fare in their new home.

To find out more about a plant, please click on the plant species’ profile for more information.  By clicking on the plant, you’ll also find links to every article that features that particular species.  Individual plants can be followed through my regular terrarium reviews and updates, where you can discover how well the plants grew inside the terrarium they were planted in, how often they flowered, how long they flowered for, the care I have given these plants, and much more besides.  You’ll find these links by clicking on each relevant plant page.

You’ll find the details of the nurseries and suppliers where I purchased the orchids, mosses, and cork for this BiOrbAir terrarium from at the bottom of this planting list.
