Daffodil Shows and Competitions 2019
There are so many lovely daffodil shows and competition held by horticultural societies, plant societies, and gardening clubs in springtime. I want to help you to find your local show, so I’ve compiled this calendar of daffodil shows and competitions.

Here are the dates and details of some of the Daffodil Shows and Competitions that will be held in 2019:
Royal Horticultural Society Daffodil Competitions and Shows
RHS Garden Rosemoor
Rosemoor Daffodil Competition will be held on Saturday 16th March 2019 and Sunday 17th March 2019. On Saturday, the Rosemoor Daffodil Competition will open at 11.30am after judging has finished. The Early Camellia Competition and the Hyacinth Competition will also be held on the same weekend at Rosemoor. The Daffodil, Camellia and Hyacinth Shows at Rosemoor are free to enter, and open to anyone who wishes to exhibit at the show, for an entry form, please click here.
Visitors to the show can enjoy viewing a display of Daffodils created by a local school, there will also be trade and advice stands.

RHS Garden Wisley
The Early Daffodil Competition will be held in the Glasshouse, at RHS Garden Wisley, on Tuesday 2nd April 2019 and Wednesday 3rd April 2019. For an entry form, please click here.

RHS Garden Wisley
The Daffodil Show will be held in the Pinetum Marquee, at RHS Garden Wisley, on Tuesday 16th April 2019 and Wednesday 17th April 2019. For an entry form, please click here.

The Late Daffodil Competition will be held from 1.30pm to 5.30pm, on Saturday 27th April 2019 and Sunday 28th April 2019 at Belfast Spring Fair, Malone House, Demesne, Belfast, BT9 5PB. For an entry form, please click here.

March 2019 Daffodil Shows and Competitions
Saturday 16th March 2019 – Ellens Green and Rudgwick Gardening Association Spring Show will be held at 2pm, at Rudgwick Village Hall, Rudgwick, Horsham, Surrey, RH12 3JN.
Saturday 16th March 2019 – Sudbury Court Horticultural Society Spring Show at St Cuthberts Church Hall, 214 Carlton Avenue West, Wembley, London, HA0 3QY.
Sunday 17th March 2019 – Jacobs Well Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held at Jacobs Well Village Hall, Jacobs Well Road, Surrey, GU4 7PD.
Wednesday 20th March 2019 – Camelsdale Gardening Club Spring Show, Hellebore Competition and 70th Anniversary Party will be held at Camelsdale Church Hall, Camelsdale, Surrey.
Wednesday 20th March 2019 – Leatherhead Horticultural Society Spring Show and AGM will be held at 7.30pm, at Leatherhead Parish Church Hall, Church Road, Leatherhead, Surrey.
Wednesday 20th March 2019 – Onslow Village Spring Show and Dr. M. Keith Lucus’ talk, ‘How Plants Solve Crimes‘, will be held at 7.30pm, at Onslow Village Hall, 4 Wilderness Road, Onslow, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7QR.
Wednesday 20th March 2019 – Sandhurst Gardening Club Daffodil Show and Graham Talbot’s talk, ‘Sweet Peas: Growing and Showing’, will be held at 7.30pm, at Sandhurst Community Hall, Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 9BJ.
Saturday 23rd March 2019 – Epsom Garden Society Spring Show will be held in St Martin’s C of E Junior School, Ashley Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 7AD. The Show is open to visitors from 2pm until 4.30pm.
Saturday 23rd March 2019 – Wokingham Horticultural Association Spring Show will be held in St Paul’s Parish Rooms, Reading Road, Wokingham, RG41 1EH. Doors open at 2pm and the show closes at 4pm.
Saturday 23rd March 2019 – Fernhurst Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held at Fernhurst Village Hall, Glebe Road, Fernhurst, Haslemere, GU27 3EH. The Show opens to visitors at 2pm.
Saturday 30th March 2019 and Sunday 31st March 2019 – The Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held at Saughton Park, Balgreen Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH11 3BQ. This show is open to children and adults, and to novice and experienced growers, for the show schedule and all the details of this show, please click here.
Saturday 30th March 2019 and Sunday 31st March 2019 – Isle of Wight Daffodil Society Spring Flower Show will be held at Busy Bee Garden Centre, Brading Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 1QG.
Saturday 30th March 2019 – Elstead Garden Club Spring Show will be held at Elstead Village Hall, Thursley Road, Elstead, Surrey, GU8 6DG. This Spring Show opens to the public at 2pm, and closes at 4pm.
Saturday 30th March 2019 – Ewell Horticultural Association Spring Show will be held at Blenheim High School, Longmead Road, Epsom, KT19 9BH. The Show opens to visitors at 2.30pm and entrance is free.
Saturday 30th March 2019 – Milford Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held at Milford Village Hall, Portsmouth Road, Milford, Surrey, GU8 5DS. The Show opens to visitors at 2pm, with the Prize Giving taking place at 4pm.
Sunday 31st March 2019 – The Daffodil Society Mid Southern Daffodil Group Spring Show will be held from 2.30pm to 4pm, at Cobham Village Hall, Lushington Drive, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 2LU.
April 2019 Daffodil Shows and Competitions
Monday 1st April 2019 – Esher Molesey Garden Society Mini Spring Show – A Celebration of Spring will be held at 7.30pm, at St Nicholas Church Hall, Summer Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0QQ.
Wednesday 3rd April 2019 – Horsley Horticultural Society Spring Show and Supper will be held at 7.30pm, at 95 The Street, West Horsley Village Hall, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT24 6DD.
Friday 5th April 2019 – Woodham and New Haw Horticultural Club Daffodil Competition will be held at 8pm, at New Haw Community Centre, Woodham Lane, New Haw, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 3ND.
Saturday 6th April 2019 – Ash Parish Garden Club Spring Show will be held today at Victoria Hall, 121 Ash Hill Road, Ash, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU12 5DN. The Show opens from 2.30 – 4.30pm.
Saturday 6th April 2019 – Churt Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held in Churt Village Hall, Crossways, Churt, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 2JA. Churt Horticultural Society will also be holding a raffle and plant sale at this Show. The Show opens to visitors at 2.30pm.
Saturday 6th April 2019 – Frensham and Dockenfield Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held in Marindin Hall, Frensham Road, Frensham, Surrey, GU10 3DG. This Show opens to visitors at 2.30pm.
Saturday 6th April 2019 – Headley Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held at Headley Village Hall, Church Lane, Headley, Surrey, KT18 6LD. This Show opens to visitors at 2.30pm.
Saturday 6th April 2019 – Thursley Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held in Thursley Village Hall, Dye House Road, Thursley, Surrey, GU8 6QD. This Show opens to visitors at 2.30pm, the raffle will be drawn at 4pm and Thursley Horticultural Society’s Prize Giving will be held at 4.30pm.
Sunday 7th April 2019 – The Surrey Chrysanthemum and Dahlia Society Daffodil Show will be held at Abinger Hammer Village Hall, Felday Road, Abinger Hammer, Surrey, RH5 6QX. This Daffodil Show opens at 1.30pm and closes at 4pm.
Sunday 7th April 2019 – Tilford Gardening Club Spring Show will be held at Tilford Institute, The Green, Tilford Road, Tilford, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 2DA, at 2.30pm.
Thursday 11th April 2019 – Egham Gardens and Allotment Association Spring Show will be held today, at Manor Farm Day Centre, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HR.
Saturday 13th April 2019 – Caterham & District Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held today at Hillcroft School, Chaldon Road, Caterham, CR3 5PG. The Show opens at 2.30pm.
Saturday 13th April 2019 – Chiddingfold Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held today at Chiddingfold Village Hall, Coxcombe Lane, Chiddingfold, GU8 4QA. The Show opens at 11.30am, and closes at 1.15pm, light lunches are available.
Saturday 13th April 2019 – Dorking Horticultural Society Spring Show will be held today at the Christian Centre, Church Street, Dorking, RH4 1DW. For all the details, please click here.
Saturday 13th April 2019 – Grayshott Gardeners Spring Show will be held at Grayshott Village Hall, Headley Road, Grayshott, Surrey, GU26 6TZ, from 2pm – 4pm.
Saturday 13th April 2019 – Witley Gardening Association Spring Show will be held today, from 2.30pm at Chichester Hall, Petworth Road, Witley, Godalming, Surrey, GU8 5PL. Visitors and new exhibitors are welcome at this Spring Show, where you’ll find a spring flowers, cookery, crafts, a photography exhibit, raffle, teas, and cake. Sunday 14th April 2019 – South East England Daffodil Society Show will be held at Downswood Community Centre, Chiltern Close, Downswood, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 8XG.
Wednesday 17th April 2019 – Sandhurst Gardening Club Late Spring Show and Dr. Keith Lucus’s talk, ‘Pollinators’, will be held at 7.30pm, at Sandhurst Community Hall, Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 9BJ.
Saturday 20th April 2019 and Sunday 21st April 2019 – The Daffodil Society Annual Daffodil Show will be held at Pershore College, Avon Bank, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 3JP. For all the details, please click here.
