A Calendar of Snowdrop Garden Openings, Talks, Events & Open Days for 2026 & 2027!

Calendar of Winter, Spring, & Autumn Snowdrop Events for 2026 & 2027!

Welcome to my Autumn & Winter Snowdrop Gardens, Talks, Events, and Open Days Calendar!  I want to help you discover the most beautiful and magnificent snowdrop gardens.  These gardens open to allow visitors the chance to experience the joy of visiting their snowdrop collections.  However, it’s not just garden openings in this calendar, you’ll also find details of snowdrop talks, lectures, webinars, virtual and online events, and any other lovely snowdrop events happening this autumn, winter, and spring!

For some events, places are limited and prior booking is required – I list every event as soon as I find it – please don’t forget to book your place!

NB: Please do not print out this calendar, as it will change many times – I will be adding many more snowdrop events as soon as they are finalised and confirmed.  I’ll update this calendar with the details of new events as soon as I find them.  If I’ve missed your snowdrop event, please contact me with the details, and I’ll update my calendar to include your event.  If for any reason your event is cancelled, please let me know – so I can amend the entry.

I hope you’ll enjoy the coming snowdrop season, may your autumn, winter, and spring days be filled with snowdrop flowers!

How to Use this Calendar

I want to help you find the events you’re interested in more easily, so I have broken down all of my calendar’s snowdrop events by month and by area (or virtual/online).  Please click on one of the headings below for the month or the area (don’t forget to check the online events) that you would like to view events for – this will whizz you over to a particular month or filter the events to show those held in your locality.  I hope this will enable you to quickly find the information you require and save you scrolling through.  When you’re ready – to save you scrolling up – click on the up arrow (found on the right hand side of the page), which will take you back up to the top of this page.

Don’t miss the long running events that last longer than a week!

If you click on the heading for your area and no snowdrop events are listed, please do not worry – I will be listing many more snowdrop events over the coming weeks and months.  I am publishing the calendar early to highlight the events held in autumn, including online talks.  All new events will be added to this same calendar – so don’t forget to check back!

      Hello Lara

Thank you for your message and concern. Please don’t worry, my Snowdrop Events Calendar isn’t broken, it’s just that to make it easier for my readers and to save everyone time scrolling, this calendar only shows upcoming events – as soon as an event has ended it is deleted; as we’re now in May, all the snowdrop events for 2022 ended in February and March. I will update this Calendar in autumn or winter 2022, when I’ll change this Calendar’s name to ‘A Calendar of Snowdrop Garden Openings, Talks, Events, and Open Days for 2023’ and I’ll add all the new events for 2023. If you come back to this same link in November or December 2022, or January or February 2023, my new 2023 Snowdrop Calendar will be in place of this one and hopefully you’ll find lots of events to interest you.

I wonder, could the Snowdrop Plant Sale you’re thinking of be the one at Great Comp Gardens or Hole Park in Kent?

      I hope this helps.

      Best wishes, Beth

Hi Beth, thanks for your print response. Glad your calendar is working ok!
Yes I think it could be the Hole Park one, now that you’ve mentioned it.
    I’ve a brain like a sieve
    Thanks

No worries at all – check back in December/January/February, as I will add snowdrop events as soon as I find them.

Don’t miss my Calendar of Specialist Plant Fairs & Plant Sales, my Bluebell Calendar and my Orchid Calendar.

      Best wishes

      Hello Sue,

I’ve looked online but am still awaiting the dates that the Devonshire Mill snowdrop garden will be opening in 2023; as soon as I have the information I will add the event/s to my calendar.

      Best wishes
