Planting List for my BiOrbAir 30 Terrarium

This is a planting list with a difference!  To find out more about a particular plant, simply click on the plant’s name to discover more information about your chosen plant.  On each plant page, you’ll find information about that individual plant, and if you scroll down to the bottom of every plant page you’ll also find links to every article I have written that features that particular plant on PumpkinBeth.com.  Individual plants can be followed as they grow, by reading my regular terrarium reviews and updates.  My updates will allow you to discover more about each plant’s character and find out how well each particular plant grew for me inside my BiOrb AIR 30 terrarium.

If I add any new plants to this BiOrb AIR 30 terrarium in future – I will add them to this planting list.

I adore Asplenium fissum!  I’ve been growing these gorgeous ferns for about seven years now.  I really appreciate Asplenium fissum’s miniature size and endearing character and habit; I’m always finding myself admiring this fern’s decorative appearance and elegance.  Perfectly sized for terrariums, Asplenium fissum is…

I bought this young Asplenium from a garden centre.  The fern was in an area dedicated to terrarium plants with the pot simply labelled as ‘fern mix’.  I am uncertain what species or cultivar this fern is – I just know it’s an Asplenium. As…

Pilea involucrata ‘Moon Valley’ is an upright-growing and naturally bushy plant, which features characteristically blistered leaves that almost resemble the surface of the moon.  I adore Pilea involucrata ‘Moon Valley’ – it’s such a gorgeous plant!  This is a fast-growing plant, which is resilient and…

I must confess that I am a little doubtful that my Selaginella plants that you can see in my photograph above are actually true Selaginella apoda.  However, for more than three years I’ve seen exactly the same type of Selaginella on sale at various nurseries and…
