Roots and Shoots FlourishFest 2026 is on Saturday 17th May 2026 from 11am until 4pm at Roots and Shoots, Walnut Tree Walk, Kennington, London, Greater London, SE11 6DN. Visit Roots and Shoots’ UNESCO award-winning gardens and enjoy flower-power-inspired nature and creative activities, workshops and talks on urban gardening and stalls featuring delicious food and garden paraphernalia. Across the gardens, the team will be running a mix of wildlife activities and sessions including looking at aquatic life in the pond with pond dipping, identifying and drawing moths caught in our gardens, taking a look inside the hive with their beekeepers, and helping plant a new pollinator paradise in collaboration with the charity, Earthed. Create floral crowns with an expert florist and make wildflower seed bombs. Entertainment will include dancing around the May pole, live music, and classic storytelling under the oak tree.
