The Alpine Garden Society Wirral & West Cheshire Group Plant Fair will be held from 10am until 1pm on Sunday 5th July 2026 at Ness Botanic Gardens, Neston Road, Ness, Wirral, Merseyside, CH64 4AY. A range of rare and unusual alpine and rock garden plants, as well as herbaceous perennials not normally available in garden centres will be on sale at very reasonable prices. Many of these plants have been propagated by AGS Members from stock plants or grown from seed obtained via the Alpine Garden Society Seed Exchange Scheme. Several local nurseries and the alpine plant specialist Aberconwy Nursery from North Wales will have stalls. The Fair will be outdoors on the forecourt of Bulley’s House at Ness Gardens and is FREE ENTRY(If you wish to visit Ness Gardens, normal admission prices apply).
