On Wednesday 2nd December 2026 from 7pm until 8.30pm, it’s the Exotic Fern Group Quiz Night. The EFG’s standard monthly discussion meetings finish for the year in November, making way for their grand finale: the EFG Quiz Night in December! This will be a fun, festive, general knowledge quiz with every question themed entirely around ferns. Don’t worry—you won’t need an in-depth, academic degree in pteridology to score points. Instead, the questions will just require a little bit of lateral thinking and a sense of fun. It is set to be an excellent, lighthearted way to round out the year together.
