Crinan Wood, Crinan, Scotland. Woodland Trust. Crinan Wood is a beautiful temperate rainforest. Visitors have the chance to spot red squirrels, otters, red deer, harbour seal and pearl-bordered fritillary butterflies. In springtime, bluebells colour the ground; their flowers contrast with the green of lichens, mosses, ferns, and the fresh green of new leaves. For more information, please click here.
