Saturday 12th September 2026, Essex Orchid Society are meeting at South Green Memorial Hall, Billericay, Essex, CM11 2PR. Doors open at 1.30pm; the meeting starts at 2pm and finishes at 4pm. The Essex Orchid Society meetings are friendly gatherings with the opportunity to share orchid successes (and failures!). Meetings always open with a monthly Table Show (so bring along any orchids you have in flower) or a non-competitive orchid display. This is a good time to seek help with problem plants or queries, as more experienced members will always be willing to give advice and share their knowledge. There is a Raffle where you can win plants or accessories donated by members. Refreshments are available before the meeting and during a convenient break.
