The open day to see the National Plant Collections hardy Dryopteris and hardy Polystichum is from 10am until 4pm on Sunday 8th June 2025 at Canonteign Falls, Near Exeter, Devon, EX6 7RH. A wonderful opportunity for visitors to view the National Collection of Hardy Ferns; Dryopteris and Polystichum. The day will showcase these ferns at their best. Julian Reed, fern specialist and member of the British Pteridological Society, will be holding talks in the Victorian Fern Garden (online pre-booking required); and plants will be on sale.
