In March 2018, I was delighted to be awarded National Collection status for two of my collections of miniature orchids.

- Phalaenopsis lobbii pictured in flower on the 12th August 2018.
- Aerangis punctata, pictured in flower on the 6th August 2018.
- Phalaenopsis appendiculata, as pictured on the 2nd August 2018.
- Aerangis hyaloides is a magnificent little orchid species. This miniature orchid grows upon trees in forests in Eastern Madagascar, where Aerangis hyaloides plants relish the humid growing conditions.
- Aerangis citrata inflorescences feature a lemon-yellow coloured pollen cap.
- Phalaenopsis micholitzii.
- These Phalaenopsis malipoensis flowers look like they are dancing in today’s balmy summer breeze.
- This Phalaenopsis honghenensis specimen is pictured in bloom on the day that the first flower of this plant’s second flower spike opened. Pictured in bloom on the 6th April 2018.
- Phalaenopsis lobbii in flower on the 5th March 2018, inside my Orchidarium.
- Phalaenopsis lobbii f. flavilabia pictured on the 24th January 2018, inside my Orchidarium.
- Phalaenopsis wilsonii, pictured in flower, on the 27th April 2018.
- A closer look at this Phalaenopsis parishii specimen’s newly opened flower, which features a much a darker, more reddish toned lip. This Phalaenopsis parishii specimen is pictured on the 27th April 2018.
- A closer look at this Aerangis hyaloides specimen’s inflorescences.

- Aerangis luteo-alba var. rhodosticta, pictured in flower on the 30th September 2017.
- Phalaenopsis gibbosa, pictured on the 10th May 2017, with a British five pence piece to demonstrate the diminutive size of the blooms.

- The second of this Phalaenopsis appendiculata specimen’s flowers opened on the 6th August 2018.
