Beetroot ‘Chioggia’

Beta vulgaris ‘Chioggia’, is more commonly known as beetroot ‘Chioggia’.  This is a beetroot cultivar with a pink-red outer skin.  If you cut beetroot ‘Chioggia’ in half you’ll see that this beetroot has concentric rings of pink and white flesh inside.
