Dryadella edwalii is a miniature, epiphytic orchid species that originates from the cloud forests of Brazil, where this orchid grows upon trees and other plants growing in these very humid areas of forest.  Although this is a mini orchid with compact blooms that can sometimes go unnoticed; Dryadella edwaliiis a floriferous orchid species, which produces orangey-brown speckled flowers.

Dryadella edwalii favours growing in a shaded position, this orchid enjoys growing under a low level, filtered and diffused, indirect light, within in a very humid environment.  Dryadella edwalii requires frequent misting, a very humid environment, and temperatures in the cool range to thrive.
