Fittonia albivenis (Verschaffeltii Group) ‘White Anne’

Family: Acanthaceae

Countries: Americas, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, South America

The common name of Fittonia albivenis (Verschaffeltii Group) ‘White Anne’ is the nerve plant due to the almost netted, coloured veining that decorates this little plant’s leaves.

Fittonia albivenis (Verschaffeltii Group) ‘White Anne’ is the perfect plant to include in your bottle garden, terrarium, or vivarium.  This is a great choice of plant if you’re looking to ‘lift’ the planting inside your terrarium.  This Fittonia is a great choice of plant to introduce if you’re looking to plant a green and white colour themed terrarium, or if you wish to complement a similar indoor colour scheme.

Fittonia albivenis (Verschaffeltii Group) ‘White Anne’ is a plant that requires high humidity and moist, but well-drained soil, with low to medium light levels.  If these conditions are present, this Fittonia will thrive!  Avoid harsh, direct light, cold temperatures, and dry conditions.
