Pilea involucrata ‘Norfolk’

Pilea involucrata ‘Norfolk’ is quite a remarkable looking plant, each leaf looks as if it has been knitted!  This dark-leaved plant has a striking appearance and will really stand out.  Pilea involucrata ‘Norfolk’ is an easy to grow terrarium, vivarium, or bottle garden plant that requires little care to succeed.

Pilea involucrata ‘Norfolk’ thrives when grown in moist, but well-drained soil.  Water your plants and then allow the compost or soil to dry out a little before you water again.  Avoid overwatering your plants, as excessive watering can kill Pilea involucrata ‘Norfolk’ .  These plants will thrive in a very humid environment, away from bright light and direct sunlight, which may scorch this plant’s leaves.

This is a tender plant that’s killed by low temperatures.  Cultivate Pilea involucrata ‘Norfolk’ in a warm room where temperatures won’t ever fall below 15C (60F).
