Rosa ‘James L. Austin’ (Auspike) is a shrub rose, an English Old Rose Hybrid, which was bred and named in honour of David Austin Senior’s son, the brother of David Austin Junior.

Rosa ‘James L. Austin’ produces rather charming, vivid pink, rosette formed, fragrant blooms from late May, until the cold winter weather arrives in autumn or early wintertime.

This rose has an upright, bushy habit and a healthy disposition.  Rosa ‘James L. Austin’ grows to 1.2m (3.5 ft) tall, and 60cm (2ft) wide.

Rosa ‘James L. Austin’ was bred by David Austin Roses, this vibrantly coloured rose was launched at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2017.
