Rosa ‘Olivia Rose Austin’

Family: Rosaceae

Rosa ‘Olivia Rose Austin’ (Ausmixture) is an English Shrub Rose, which was bred by David Austin Senior and named after his Granddaughter.  This English Shrub Rose was first introduced in 2014, at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

‘Olivia Rose Austin’ is a rose that’s much admired both for its capability to deliver a long flowering season, and for the plant’s naturally strong and healthy disposition.  Rosa ‘Olivia Rose Austin’ produces really rather charming flowers, in a delicate pink colour; it’s a very graceful pink tone, not a sickly, bubble gum pink.  This really is a very pretty rose!

Plant Rosa ‘Olivia Rose Austin’ in full sun or partial shade.  A robust, strong, and healthy rose cultivar, ‘Olivia Rose Austin’ grows well in any moist, but well drained soil.  This is a very attractive plant, which is suited to growing in containers, in beds or borders; ‘Olivia Rose Austin’ can also be grown as a hedging plant.

Rosa ‘Olivia Rose Austin’ usually grows to around 1.2m (4ft) tall and around 1m (3.5ft) wide, depending of course, on the soil type and growing conditions found in your garden.
