Stelis viridula is a miniature, epiphytic orchid species, which originates from Ecuador, where this diminutive little plant grows upon trees and other plants growing in areas of mountainous forest.  This really is a miniature orchid – you’ll need a tripod and a macro setting on your camera or photo to take a photograph of this tiny orchid’s flowers!

Stelis viridula is a cool growing, epiphytic orchid species.  This plant enjoys growing epiphytically, mounted onto cork bark.  Stelis viridula grows best in an area that receives soft filtered, diffused light, within a terrarium or bottle garden, or another area which creates and maintains a constantly humid environment.
