Tomato ‘Patio Plum’

Family: Solanaceae

Tomato ‘Patio Plum’ is a a very dwarf tomato hybrid, making this variety an ideal choice of tomato cultivar for a window box or a container.  ‘Patio Plum’ tomato plants remain short in stature, they produce small, red plum tomatoes, which are the size of a small cherry tomato.

‘Patio Plum’ tomatoes can be grown outdoors or in a glasshouse.  This diminutive tomato variety takes up very little room and needs no support.  ‘Patio Plum’ is a determinate or bush tomato hybrid.

Tomato ‘Patio Plum’ was bred by Jim and Eve Reeve, from Chesterfield.  If you’re interested in growing tomatoes, you’ll find more detailed articles about growing tomatoes (including my Tomato Trials), here.
